Technical Support Platform
In order to thoroughly understand the needs of the enterprises on technology, skilled human resources etc., BSSOP cooperates with the local colleges and universities, using their science and technology resources, to offer technical supports to the enterprises under BSSOP. The platform is dedicated to:
- Actively explore and establish new mechanism and operation mode for the technological innovation system of BSSOP and Binhai New Area.
- Give full play to the advantage of the technical resources of the colleges and universities, display the scientific research results and promote the industrialization.
- Technology resource sharing and integrating; presenting the advantages of flexibility and resources conformity, to provide interdisciplinary, area cross-cutting technology and management services.
- Strengthen technological innovation and cooperation; promote the Key Laboratory and Engineering Centers of colleges and universities to exert their own comprehensive advantages; push forward the technology transfer work, as well as the digestion and absorption of imported technology and innovation work.
BSSOP promotes the in-depth development of high and new technology; the research result transferring; gives full play to the leading role of the innovation team of colleges and universities; speed up the establishment of technological innovation system with enterprises as the mainstay; enhance enterprises¡¯ competitiveness in the market; explore a new mechanism for technology transfer under the market economy condition.
