Tianjin Kaitai Enterprise Incubation
Tianjin Kaitai Enterprise Incubation (hereinafter as TKEI) is a private incubator under the approval of TEDA Administrative Commission , providing incubators, consulting, investment, financing, information services and so on. TKEI commits itself to support the progressive development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises as well as Transnational corporations¡¯ corollary satellite business in the fields of new materials and new technologies, environmental technology, electrical machinery technology, biotechnology, information technology . TKEI provides all-around and convenient property management services for its enterprises, furthermore, it tries to solve the bottle-neck problems as shortage of funds, lagging management and alien-region investment for the enterprises under incubation, and to maximum make sure that it constructs an idea platform for the successful development of its customers.
The geographic location of TKEI is adjacent to the border between TEDA living area and industrial area, which looks out on the south of 5th Avenue, east of Nanhai Road, west of Xiang'an Road, and enjoys the positioning advantage.

Tianjn TEDA International Incubation Center
Founded in 1996, TEDA International Incubator (TII hereinafter) is the official agency completely financed and administrated by the TEDA government. It owns incubation bases such as the the Main Incubation Building, the New Horizon Building and Tianjin University Hi-tech Park. TII offers all-rounds and convenient services for enterprises located here with its purpose of providing low-cost business environment and making the greatest benefits for enterprises. The Main Incubation Building
The Main Incubation Building is located at the crossroads of the 5th Avenue and Taihua Road.

It covers an area of 10,000 square meters and has a construction space of 22,727.77 square meters. With an overall framework structure, it consists of the eight-storey workshop buildings on two sides (Blocks A and C) and the office building in between (Block B). The workshop buildings in Blocks A and C are 4.5 meters high floor-to-floor and has a load bearing capacity of 500kg/©O; whereas in Block B the floor-to-floor height is 3 meters and the maximum floor loading is 200kg/©O.

The New Horizon Building
Situated on No.131 Dongting Road of TEDA, The New Horizon Building is close to the crossroads of Dongting Road and the 5th Avenue, and lies in the center of the industrial area of TEDA.

The Building covers an area of 7,644.42 square meters and has a floor space of 13,143.49 square meters. With an overall framework structure, it consists of the six-storey Block A and the five-storey Block B. The floor-to-floor heights in Block A are 4.2 meters for the first floor, 3.3 meters for the second to fifth floors, and 4.2 meters for the sixth floor; Block A has a load bearing capacity of 400kg/©O. In Block B the floor-to-floor height is 4.2 meters from the first floor to the fourth floor and 4.8 meters for the fifth floor; and the maximum floor loading is 500kg/©O.

Tianjin University Hi-tech Park
Tianjin University Hi-tech Park (hereinafter as "TUHP") is a national level university park jointly constructed by TEDA and Tianjin University and was founded on Oct.11th, 1999. With the approval of Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Education, on Dec. 12th, 1999, TUHP was successfully enrolled in the first trial batch of 15 national level university parks, which is the only university park of national level in Tianjin.
TUHP enjoys predominant geographic location and convenient transportation network. It locates in the central district of TEDA: on the east of Muning Road, south of the 4th Avenue, west of Naihai Road, and north of TEDA Avenue. where it is adjacent to the extension road of Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway leading to the further east of Tianjin Free Trade Zone and Tianjin New Port. To the south the TEDA Investment Service Center is at 1.5km of distance, and in the north the building of TEDA International Incubation Center echoes it.
