Government Service Platform
The Government Service Platform is established to coordinate the relationships between governments and enterprises, a tache to connect the software and service outsourcing companies in TEDA with the local government sections of TEDA.
Service scope:
- Information/Project transmit, for the notices, archives, projects, policies and regulation information released by the government which concern the software and service outsourcing companies, the platform would transmit the information to every company in the first time. It plays the role to transmit government spirit, answer the enterprise questions, so as to help the enterprises to understand the latest movement and industrial plan of the central and local governments.
- Project application, the platform would organize the relevant enterprises to apply for the national and local governmental projects, as well as different funds and subsidies.
- Policy carry out, the platform is also responsible for contacting every government sections on behalf of the enterprises, to coordinate relationships, and help the enterprises to get the preferential policies.
Response collecting and submitting, the platform keeps a close connection with the enterprises so as to collect the response and suggestions on the government, and then submit to higher level section, to promote the service of the government and ensure the profits of enterprises in TEDA. |
